Hi everyone, this GoFundMe is set up by me, myself, and I. The entire reason I’ve created this GoFundMe is because it looks like my situation is getting better and now I can easily say that I have little left in treatment. However, this doesn’t mean my entire process is over, it means soon I can look forward to more surgeries to fix the damage my treatment created along the way. For those who don’t know I currently have a ileostomy bag, meaning my small intestine was cut and there’s a piece of it coming out from abdomen where a bag is attached to catch my output from my small intestines leaving me with no access to my colon. This was done because my tumor was growing in such a way that the tumor was crossing nerves and veins which caused me to hemorrhage and also caused a fistula in my recto vaginal wall. The bag was placed because of the damage from the tumor. For the tumor they used radiation which caused a lot of the linings in my pelvic areas to become very thin during the first round. Leaving me with many complications for my second treatment. This has been both difficult and traumatizing. I’ve had to restrict my diet which made this hard during therapy and I lost alot of weight. As many of you know cancer treatment is really harsh and in my condition my survival rate was low and recovery was even lower. My doctors believe my body is reacting great to treatment but my body is suffering the consequences. I am planning to go to Hippocrates Wellness Center after treatment, so I can have a real shot of curing myself and recovery my body function, as well as giving myself a better quality of life. I have done a lot of research, spoken to a lot of people and I feel this is the correct place for me. They focus on a variety ways to regain my strength and wellness with diet and exercise. It’s rigorous yet disciplined for me in order to create a healthy life. By going to this center it will help me also create habits that will help me with longevity in recovery. I want to become a better version of myself because of what I went through all these months. I’d love to accomplish a lot more and staying educated on this topic. This center would give me the exact tools & experience that I need, as well as help others like myself to keep going. I want to become a strong motivator and a point of resource for others going through what I have or similar situations. Please help me get to this next step by sharing my story in hopes to get enough money to keep my story alive through years of wellness and education.
