Hey everyone, my name is Emily Yasi. I'm your run of the mill 18 year old jersey girl with a heart full of ambition, and a stomach full of passion. I have been in culinary school for the past few years and am graduating soon. To get rid of some college debt and get my foot in the industry's door, I would love to purchase an icecream cart and sell vegan/ lactose free icecreams and fresh fruit sorbet down by the beach this summer. Being a broke college student and all, I'm using this as a kick starter to get myself started and buy ingredients and the cart itself to start. I plan on buying it in May and selling from June to September. Anyone who helps me out gets their first icecream on the house!
