In an effort to promote diverse reading and get healthier while doing so, YA Runs A 5K raises money for the book community while also participating (running/walking) in a 5K!
We are raising money for We Need Diverse Books and will run/walk with the YA book community in The Super Run coming to Philadelphia, PA Saturday, June 11, 2016. We also encourage readers and runners to find a 5k near them and participate in #YARunsA5K virtually!

As a thank you to those who donate $35 or more, we are giving away (signed) books (while supplies last, U.S. only) and as a thank you to those who donate $45 or more, we are giving away (signed) books and writing critiques/consults (while supplies last, U.S. only for books) as well as offering a surprise bookish bundle to one random person who donates $1-$34. All books and critiques will be delivered by October 2016 at the very latest. A list of the goodies as well as how to redeem them can be viewed here .
