Ramon has been nothing shy of family to all of us. His smile, laughter, and care was something we all needed when coming to a crazy busy work place. He has been with the Carlsbad Yard House family from the beginning. This place, this community, our family would not be the same without his infectious smile. He had a way about him, when he said everything would be good, he would make it so. If he made a mistake or needed to work on something, he would always get back at it and say " I got you" and you know he had it. His personality and happiness was so infectious. My hope is that we come together like the YH family that we are and help raise money for his daughter. He absolutely loved being a daddy. Lets show his family how much support and love we have for him by coming together and providing any kind of help we can.
