My brother Michael is living in Portland OR and has exhausted his resources. He has multiple medical issues and will soon require spinal surgery.  He recently was in the hospital with blood clots in his lungs. For the next week he is living in a homeless shelter and then must relocate. We are asking for funds immediately to help us help him. He is medically in very bad shape. He needs a clean, safe place to gain strength for his surgery, to recover after.
