Yancy and Jen Small's Medical Fund

Yancy has just been diagnosed with cancer, and incredibly sadly, since the beginning of the campaign, they've found out it's inoperable, and he does not have very much time left. The entire family has an uphill battle ahead. They are hard workers, but he, his wife Jen, and their three children aren't going to be able to make ends meet while Jen is, understandably, home caring for him.  Without both of their salaries for the foreseeable future, funds collected from this gofundme will provide the family with help to keep a roof over their heads and food in their mouths  while Jen is at home caring for him. If we can raise $10,000 by the end of February ($5,000 above the original amount posted), this gives them a two month  cushion to deal with this tragedy, without the extra worry of keeping the roof over their heads. Jen knows this is a temporary fix to a lifelong change, but she really needs to focus on Yancy now, not bills.  Jen has been an amazing friend to so many of us, and always steps up when someone needs a helping hand. She might have even helped save a couple of lives. No family should have to face the loss of their home while struggling for the life of a family member at the same time. I am eternally grateful, because I know these are hard times, and many of us are struggling as well. Thanks so much for whatever you can spare.
