Yak Street Boys go to Mongolia
This year, Ross, Finn, Joe and Jamie will be taking part in the Mongol Rally, a charity intercontinental car rally that begins in Prague and ends in Ulan-Ude, Russia. If you don't already think we're insane enough, we will be making the journey crammed into the back of a Peugeot 206 with nothing but our wits to guide us.
Our route takes us through Europe, towards the Caspian Sea that we will cross on a ferry, before venturing into the Stans and Russia, eventually passing through Mongolia and reaching the finishing line just north of the border. And then we're gonna drive back again. Easy enough, right?
We will be raising money for Cool Earth, a non-profit organisation that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and climate change. We would be so chuffed to receive any donations no matter how big or small for this great cause. All donations made on this page will go directly towards the charity and won't go towards our expenses.
We are also open to receiving sponsors, so if you have a business or cause you'd like advertised on the side of our car, feel free to get in touch. We will be journalling our trip on social media along the way, so plenty of chances for exposure (as well as being seen by a huge international market...)!
