With the blessed month of Ramadhan here we are blessed once again to be building safe, clean and accessible water infrastructure in the most water burdened areas of Pakistan; we have been working tirelessly to plan a more effective and extensive campaign as well as developing higher quality & more reliable structures.

 

"Over 3 million people die every year due to diarrhoeal diseases - these diseases are contracted by drinking unsanitary and dirty water; most of those affected are children less than 5 years of age."

 

Providing safe, clean and accessible water sources can help to prevent and eradicate waterborne disease related deaths and increase life expectancy amongst infants.

 

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Pakistan ranked third among the countries facing severe water shortage.

In sha Allah, you can can provide Safe, Clean and Accessible water sources to the most vulnerable and needy in 4 very simple and cost effective ways:

 

Regular Water Hand  Pump £135 - Built with high quality materials and machinery, it will access shallow depth water sources, and will be situated within the compound of a home for direct water access. Implementation duration: 6 weeks.

 

Large Water Hand  Pump £300 - Built with high quality materials and machinery, it will access medium depth water sources, and will be situated within a medium communal area for direct water access. Implementation duration: 6 weeks.

 

Solar Powered Well £2000 - Built with high quality materials, powered by multiple solar panels, comprising of a medium capacity purification system, utilising a large water storage unit, with multiple water access points, it will access deep depth water sources, and will be situated within a large communal area for direct water access. Implementation duration: 8 weeks.

Water Purification System £700 - Built with high quality materials, powered by two solar panels, comprising of a medium capacity purification system, utilising a medium water storage unit, and will be situated within a small communal area for direct water access. Implementation duration: 8 weeks.

• Donate any amount large or small

• Donate a ⅓ share of any structure as an individual donation and have your name placed on the marble plaque.

• You can share the total donation amount of one or multiple structures between friends and family to make donating easier.

• Donate the full donation amount of a single or multiple structures yourself
• Donate on behalf of a loved one, someone ill or deceased as an act of Sadaqah Jariyah in their name.

• Donating the full amount will allow you to have a single or multiple names placed on a marble plaque with a message of your choice in English & Urdu, as well as options for Arabic Quranic messages.

• We use high quality hand pump mechanisms, water sediment filtration systems, water purification systems, construction materials as well as marble plaques.

• Standard marble plaques are 2ft x 2ft / 24inch x 24inch

• We PH test all water sources to ensure safe and clean water

• The structures will take between 6-8 weeks to complete.

• Servicing of structures will be on a yearly basis

• Upon the campaigns conclusion you will receive a Donor Pack, including project details, a certificate as well as digital media.

Please bare in mind that transaction fees, including credit and debit charges, are deducted from each donation.

Total Fees VAT included: 2.9% + £0.25 Per Donation. Beneficiaries receive the amount donated, minus total fees.
