Help Bosley May after her attack

Last night I got home from work.The dogs were pumped to go outside so I got them in their harnesses and leashes. We had not even completely stepped off our porch when I heard my neighbor yell and I saw a large black dog running towards us. I managed to pull one dog back but was unable to pull Bosley to safety. The rottweiler locked down just below her neck and would not let go. The dog pulled and jerked her all around for what seemed like an enternity while the owner of the rott tried to get it to drop Bosley.  Finally she was dropped but she was bleedinf profusely, wheezing due to deep puncture wounds and in shock.  She was immediately rushed to Laurel Animal Hospital but then transferred to Animal Specialty and Emergency Center. 

Bosley is the sweetest dog. She is always down for belly rubs and making new friends. She loves to be a goof and roll around in the dirt and play chase at the dog park with me.  Her vet bills are quickly climbing and I don't know that I will be able to pay for all the treatment and aftercare she needs.  Please help in any way you can. Bosley May will forever be your best fluffy friend. I want to be able to rub her belly for many more years.
