Alejandro - Our Smiling Gardner - Call for Help

 

Hi,  our names are Mario and Monica Velasquez, we are setting this GoFund Me to help a good friend Alejandro Morales in need. Here is his story:

 

Alejandro Morales

On the evening of September 3, 2021 Alejandro Morales was putting his work trailer away for the night at his local storage facility when he was attacked by an assailant trying to steel his trailer. By the grace of God, Alejandro survived this malicious attack, but was badly injured, physically, emotionally and financially. Sadly, Alejandro suffered many wounds from this tragic event. Most lingering wounds of a stab to his neck, he was also ran over with the assailants vehicle all over of his body that will require sufficient time to heal. In this time of need we ask that you open your hearts and assist with any contribution that you can spare to help him and his family. For all of you who know Alejandro, you know that he is always smiling. He is a loving father of 4  and a husband, accountable to his work when needed, and is consistent with his quality work as a Gardener. Please find it in your heart to contribute so we can help him get back to work as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

We are extremely sad and heartbroken to report that Alejandro health status has now been declared by the doctors as being fully paraplegic, which means he no longer can walk again.   He was discharged from the hospital on 10/1/21 and is home now in Plano.  As you can imagine how difficult this news is to Alejandro, his wife, kids and the entire family, and how frightening this must be for all of them.  Its going to be a long difficult process trying to adjust to their new lives.  We are trying to raise as much money as we can to help the Morales family in the upcoming months for the proper care, training, and assistance Alejandro is going to need. Thank you all for you continued generosities.

Since getting back home,  Maria joined him and is taking care of him. He needs specialized therapy to learn to live with his disability. We are working to get him into a hospital where he can be taught basic skills . Thank you all for your support and generosity.
