Ryan Parker medical expenses

Recently my best friend had an accident at work, Ryan fell off a ladder at work and got air lifted to Iowa city hospital. There him and his family found out he fractured his skull in multiple places, has a fracture in his spine by his neck, internal bleeding in the front of his brain; which in return is affecting his memory, thinking, and impulse, hindering him from being able to vocalize what he wants to say. A broken ankle and broken foot...unfortuantely he does not have medical insurance and all expenses will be handled by family and friends. but I don't want him to have to worry about anything but a healthy recovery when he starts to re-gain his senses.
