In Memory of Neng Sao Vang
Donation protected

Neng was born on June 13, 1955 in Tsua vaj, Laos and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Special Forces during the Vietnam War. Like many Hmong, he fled persecution after the war to ensure the safety of his wife and first born son, Ka. In 1980, Neng and his family came to America and settled in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he had his second son, Andy. Seeking opportunity and a better future for his family, Neng relocated them to Green Bay, WI in 1981, where he would permanently settle and raise six additional children: Toubee, Jenny, Mailo, Tom, New Tong and Xue.
Neng spent much of his life trying to improve the lives of his children and those around him. His sacrifice, kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.
Funeral services will be held on December 1-3, 2018, at the following address:
Legacy Funeral Chapels
838 S. Fisk St.
Green Bay, WI 54304
On behalf of the Vang Family, we have established this GoFundMe Page where 100% of the net funds will be donated to Neng's family to help with funeral expenses, where no life insurance policy exists. We thank you in advance for your generosity. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
