Help for the Helper

Kathy San Filippo, the founder of Rocking Horse Ranch, has spent her life dedicated to helping others, both human and animal.  Now she needs our help!  

She has been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder which causes a variety of  cancers. She will need to undergo a number of surgeries throughout the upcoming year  in order to maintain her health.  (She has already had her first surgery and is scheduled for the next in early March) In order to keep the ranch afloat, the animals cared for, clients served, and some well-earned paid leave so her medical expenses can be covered, we need to raise money.  Kathy has always had a servant's heart  - lets join together to support her in her time of need. 

Kathy is a survivor and in spite of the hardships in her own life has always put others first.  In 2005 she founded Rocking Horse Ranch, a non-profit animal rescue and outreach for victims of trauma.  Out of her own struggles with complex PTSD and her experience as a therapist, she has created an amazing program where others who have suffered trauma can come and spend time working with the animals to find healing of their own.
