To everyone else:

Rachel Elizabeth Locicero was the mother of 3 of our youngest grandchildren, and she was like a daughter to us. We lost a daughter, mother, sister, friend and so much more. She was taken from us all too soon. We are all mourning and will continue to grieve the loss of Ray to years of trauma and fentanyl. At a very young age she left to fight this thing we call life mostly by herself.

Our daughter was found lifeless less than two weeks before Thanksgiving. We will miss her for a lifetime and are reaching out to ask for support for her services. Anything beyond the services will go to her 3 children being raised by us. Holidays and birthdays were times Rachel always remembered and she would have wanted desperately to bring these gifts herself — we only wish she were here to do so.
