Hayley's Treatment Fund Raiser

We are raising money for our wonderful friend and amazing Mum to Mai and Pippa, who is fighting life-threatening cancer. Having already fought breast cancer 5 years ago shortly after giving birth to her second daughter Pippa, sadly Hayley was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in January 2021.

Hayley’s disease is stage 4 and terminal, but Hayley’s outlook and phrase is “the disease is living with me, I’m not living with it”. She continues to be an inspiration to us all.

 

Hayley is currently undergoing treatment with the NHS but has been financing alternative medicines that are not available on the NHS but are proven to help starve the cancer. With your help and Hayley financing it herself, she has exceeded doctors expectations and has held off the cancer with the alternative medicines.

As we know there is limited treatment for this type of cancer with the NHS, but there IS still more off label medications & treatments for her to try. Hayley is now currently looking at options in Europe, which has significant proven treatments fighting off this type of cancer, which is not available in the UK or on the NHS. This treatment could rid her of the terrible disease so she can continue to be with her 2 gorgeous girls, Mai & Pip.

 

Hayley is a fighter! She is independent, proud, supportive and has a heart of liquid gold.

She will continue to fight this awful disease, but she now needs our help more than ever.

 

Hayley has continued to work full time despite periods of pain, ill health, mental fatigue and exhaustion. We’d ask her “why are you still working?” and she would reply “I need to pay the bills and pay for my medication”.

Hayley is such a proud woman and has struggled to accept financial help, but we know as her friends that the time has come for her to take action and travel to Europe to undergo treatment that's not available in the UK, but this comes at a cost.

We know there are so many people in the community who care deeply for Hayley and often ask her how they can help.

Our plea to you is to please donate anything you can to help raise money for Hayley’s lifesaving treatment.

 

Hayley would never ask for help herself or even imply she needed it, so we have come together as friends and as a community to help raise as much as we can so Hayley can continue with the life-saving treatment she needs and have specialists around her that will fight with her.

 

For everyone that has met Hayley, we are sure your life has been touched by her friendly, calming and supportive nature. She is our inspiration.
