Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic!

Hi, my name is Gabriela Patiño

Last year I was blessed with the amazing opportunity to go and do mission work in Lima, Peru with a group from Mississippi State University where we served the community of Pamplona by building walls, and stairs, and most importantly interacting and growing in community with the people there. That experience changed my life forever. I experienced the definition of poverty these people lived through but also the love and joy that radiated through how they continued to give even through their lack. I experienced the Lord in a new way and it opened my eyes to the beauty of serving those around me.

This Spring break (March 13-17) I am beyond excited to again go and do mission work, this time in the Dominican Republic. To do so I must raise 2,100! I write you today to invite you to join me on my mission in the Dominican Republic. To have the ability to go serve God’s people in the Dominican Republic, I need to build a team of partners, people like

you, who will give to make this trip possible. You can join me on this

mission in a couple of ways: with your prayers and with your financial

gift. I ask that you prayerfully consider joining me as a financial partner as

we serve in the Dominican Republic if it aligns with your goals for giving. I
