This is Oscar. He was a little trash can dog about to be sent to the animal shelter until I went and got him. Turns out, he was severely malnourished and chewed off all of his own toenails, and then developed a growth handicap. He's my short king, my gimp and I love him so, however, they're gonna have to break his leg to fix his growth plate. He'll probably never be the normal size of a German shepherd, but he's my perfect boy! Nothing holds his little stubborn butt back except his leg. But even that doesn't. He's still a pain in the ass haha, but if you know me, you know how I feel about my dogs and anything would help!
