Together, We Rise for Cebu
From the earthquake that shook Northern Cebu to the recent Typhoon Tino that devastated Southern Cebu, countless families are struggling to rebuild what’s left of their homes and lives.
I created this campaign to help those affected — including my own relatives, and friends in Talisay City. Every donation goes directly to provide food, water, and relief supplies for communities who need them most.
Cebuanos are known for their strength and spirit of bayanihan — but we can’t do it alone. Please stand with us.
Your kindness can help Cebu rise again.
*******************************************
On September 30, 2025, a powerful earthquake struck Cebu, causing severe damage to homes, schools, and essential infrastructure in the northern towns — especially Bogo, Tabogon, and Medellin.
My name is Livia, and I’m starting this fundraiser because my own family and relatives in these towns have been deeply affected. Many lost their homes or access to clean water and food. Entire communities are now struggling to rebuild, and immediate support is urgently needed.
The Situation on the Ground:
Houses and buildings damaged or collapsed
People are sleeping in makeshift shelters or outdoors
Access to clean water, electricity, and medical care is limited
Relief has been slow or insufficient in some areas
How Your Donation Will Help:
Every peso or dollar raised will go directly toward:
Food packs for affected families
Clean drinking water & hygiene kits
Transport of goods to affected areas
Long-term help for rebuilding homes
From the Heart:
This is deeply personal for me. I’m in constant contact with family and volunteers on the ground. I will ensure that all funds are used responsibly and transparently. Updates and photos will be posted regularly so you can see the direct impact of your help.
Even the smallest amount can make a real difference. Please consider donating or sharing this with your network.
Let’s come together for Cebu.
Thank you,
Livia Joyce Gulbin
