I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Meagan, who recently spent 9 terrifying days in the ICU after suffering a severe asthma attack. It was a close call—one that left us all shaken and incredibly grateful that she pulled through.

Now that she’s on the road to recovery, Meagan is facing another uphill battle: the financial burden that comes with a medical emergency of this scale. Between hospital bills, lost wages, and the day-to-day costs of living, she’s struggling to stay afloat.

If you know Meagan, you know she has the biggest heart. She’s the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, show up when no one else does, and put others before herself—every single time. She’s always been there for her friends and family.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
