Help a couple with home repairs

I’ve started this fundraiser in support of my dear friends Dale and Betty.  They are in desperate need of help to cover the cost for leveling and foundation repair. Their home’s foundation has shifted to the point of being downright dangerous at this point, and they do not have the money to cover the repairs needed.

Dale is an 83-year-old Korean War Veteran and former police officer. He and his wife, Betty, have lived in their home for 36 years now. They are the kind of people who have always bent over backward to help and care for others. They are just not the type to ask for help, even now that things are at this point.  

Betty is Dale's sole care taker due to his medical issues. With Dale's deterioated health, he is not able to help out AND Betty still works a few days a week (at age 78!) to bring in some extra money.  They do fine to manage their day to day expenses, but there is nothing extra for this unexpected repair expense. 

Without outside help their moblie home will continue to shift and may not be held upright for much longer. This would leave them in a worse situation than they are now.
