On November 28th Wesley went to the ER after experiencing his eye drooping and a mass on his neck growing larger. After meeting with the ER doctor he discovered he had Horner’s Sydrome, which is caused by a tumor/cancer. He was admitted to the hospital and transferred to Wesley Long that same night. He spent 3 days at Wesley Long. On Monday, December 1st he did a biopsy, confirming cancer. On December 5th he went in for a PET scan, praise God it was not showing up anywhere else. On December 8th he went in for another biopsy, this time he was put under anesthesia. Wesley received the news December 10th that he has stage 3 testicular cancer. He will have a port placed and will start chemotherapy in the next couple of weeks. Chemotherapy will be intense, due to the stage of the cancer. Wesley is a hard working man, who loves his family, and especially his girls. He will be out of work for the next 3-4 months receiving treatment. Prayers are greatly appreciated during this difficult time!
