Coach Paul DeCabia recently passed away on Sunday Nov. 22. He was a beloved man who spent a lifetime of service to his family and the youth of Riverhead. He was a kind and gentle soul who touched the lives of many as a father, mentor, and volunteer football coach. Coach DeCabia was self-employed and his income cannot be replaced by his dependents. The financial strains of his passing has left his family struggling to cover the costs of a proper funeral. We are seeking funds to help offset the costs of his funeral, so that his family will not have to carry a financial burden as part of their memories of him.
