This is an intial campigan to raise funds to produce the opening scene of my film 'Hometown Salute" which is based on several true stories that took place in Paterson NJ.
The Story - Michael, a United States Marine is wounded in battle and retuning home from his tour of duty in the Middle East. Haunted by the gang-style slaying of his eight-year-old sister three years earlier, his desire to avenge her is re-ignited upon his return home. But the presence of angels in his life offers him an alternative. This magical story comes to life in the opening scene at the local train station of Michael's hometown.
Who are these angels? What happened to this Marine that made him empty of life while fighting for Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan? What conflict at home opens his battle wound? Is his PTSD on the verg of rage?
