Mini Marathon for Limerick Mental Health
We are a group of colleagues working together in Limerick. We have set ourselves the challenge to walk, jog and run this year's Vhi Women's Mini Marathon to raise funds for the wonderful Limerick Mental Health Association.
Limerick Mental Health Association promotes positive mental health across Limerick City and County. We believe that particularly over the last two years we have realised how vital it is to support the mental health of our community. The charity was founded in 2002 and they work tirelessly towards their vision of "A Limerick where people value their own and each others’ mental health as an important part of living well; Where people who experience mental health difficulties can recover wellbeing and reach their full potential within an informed and supportive community. "
We greatly appreciate your support and any donation small or large will go directly to LMHA to continue the great work that they do.
