Help Said and his family rebuild home

I am Saeed Imad Al-Najjar, 24 years old, from Palestine (Gaza Strip). I graduated from the College of Intermediate Studies, Al-Azhar University, with a nursing diploma, but I have been working since 2019 as a photojournalist and filmmaker.

I have a family consisting of a brother and 2 sisters, and my aunt, who took care of us after his martyrdom. My father, my father was martyred during the first war on Gaza in 2009. It was the only security that the occupation took from us. We remained young after that. I was 9 years old at the time. The situation became horrific after this painful event, so wars came upon us one after another and took away my home. The private one located in the Karama neighborhood, which I had always been gradually preparing to build my future family in, and nothing remained of it except ashes. Also, the occupation was not satisfied with destroying my future, bombing my family’s home, which used to echo with our innocent laughter. My aunt, who takes care of us after my father, traveled two weeks before the war to undergo surgery. Operation and was detained outside the country due to the war.

Now, despite all the fear I feel of war! I am the big brother and responsible for my brothers, so after the bombing of our house I decided to move to save the lives of my three brothers. We are now suffering from a famine that could kill anyone. This is because we are still in the northern Gaza Strip, where we do not have enough food or water.

I had to work under harsh conditions of war and bombing to provide food for my sisters.

Before the war, I was Saeed, a photographer and filmmaker. I have a lot of work that I publish on my account on the platform.
