Hello, my name is Chelsea.

I created this fundraiser for a very deserving and loving family. Daisy and Frankie are a wonderful, hardworking young couple. They have two beautiful boys, Hawthorn, 4, and Darwin, 9 months.

On July 26th, Frankie was coming home from work early in the morning. He was just miles from his home when a negligent driver sped down the street and struck his vehicle. He was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries. Due to the extreme force of the impact, he had bowel perforations, a broken ankle, and a fractured back in three places. Surgery was required for his bowels, and 8 inches of his intestines had to be removed, including the portion that assists with nutrient absorption.

Sadly, this was a hit and run. The person responsible left the scene, leaving my cousin to die. Thankfully, help did come, but they have not found the suspect.

As I said, my cousins are amazing parents and partners and have worked so hard to build a home and a family for themselves. Now, thankfully, Frankie is recovering, but it will be a long road. He is the sole provider for his family, and they need our help.

On top of daily life expenses for two little boys, they also lost their vehicle. We, as their family and friends, want to step up and help them get the financial help they need so they can focus on Frankie's recovery. We love them so much, and they couldn't be more deserving.
