Support Dave's Fight Against Cancer

Family and friends, I am creating this CaringBridge page for us to be able to rally around Dave and my Mom right now during their time of need, both emotionally as well as financially.

As you may have heard, Dave was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer, which is treatable, but is going to require cancer treatment and a lot of support from us. So let's rally!

We're in the very early stages of receiving news and treatment, so I won't post medical updates here (I'll leave that to my Mom to decide) but what I do know is that they need us terribly.

So whether you're able to help contribute financially to assist with utilities, rent, etc...so that "work" can be the least of their worries, or if your situation allows for you to better support through emotional kindness and words of encouragement (thoughts and prayers) -- it all very much matters right now and would be so appreciated. Dave and my Mom are true fighters, but even the strongest humans need help.
