Back in July of 2022, Julie (57) got a 30-day notice to vacate her 26-year established business as a local well-known Hair designer called Julie's Hair Design, right in the heart of downtown Lemon Grove. She was kicked out of her spot and ended up renting a booth at T-Nails for about 1 month and within that one month, she was fighting a sickness that she didn't know would turn out to be even worse than expected.
On October 3rd, she was admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks and on the second week, the doctors discussed that she was diagnosed with Cancer. Since October, Julie has spent several hospital stays in the hospital every month, totaling about 2 months spent in a hospital setting.
In October, she has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Follicular Lymphoma and after seeing an oncologist, he diagnosed her with Paraneoplastic pemphigus the rarest and deadliest pemphigus. The death rate is 90%, which means that she has a low chance of survival.
Her daughter Isabella (29) has been providing total, and round-the-clock care for her. Izzy has been unable to work because she is providing 24-hour care for her. She has been unable to receive any government assistance to help them keep their home and continue to provide care for her at the same time.
Julie and Isabella need help, and it would mean them being able to continue to have their home and prevent them from being separated. Anything will help. Please donate if you can.
