As many of you are aware, I am having serious health issues currently. I require at least one surgery to maintain my health. Unfortunately, the same surgery that will improve my overall health will put me out of work for several weeks. Although I am able to cover some of the expenses associated, I'm still falling substantially short. Please, anything helps.
