Double lung transplant support

My son Jesse was born with Cystic Fibrosis. As his lungs and thus his breathing detereated he was put on the list for a double lung transplant. Jesse was very fortunate to receive a new set of lungs June 6th. He requires a caregiver with him full time for the 6 plus weeks in hospital and also for the 2nd stage of 3 to 6 months of full time assistance. I have managed to arrange volunteers, family and friends however it is a large expense and I do not have the funds. Jesse's recovery depends largely on his support group. We are in desperate need of funding . Please if you can help any amount is gratefully appreciated..
