I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister, Kaly – a single mother of four. On early Wednesday morning, her 16-year-old daughter Mia had a brain aneurysm and drowned inside the bathtub. Mia’s younger sister found her.

This has been incredibly hard on all of us. We didn’t get psychological help when our brother was murdered at age 18, and we have still been affected by that. I don’t think we can afford NOT to have help this time.

The goal is to cover the cost of the funeral, loss of wages, and psychiatric assistance for my sister, her three other children, and our mother.

If the world were perfect, this would also pay for relocation so this single mother and her children don’t have to stay inside the mobile home where Mia had passed.
