Urgently need financial help

I was scammed out of all of the money in my bank account this morning after being reached out to by a mutual about a scam going around. In the process of getting my Bluesky account back, which was deactivated after I was impersonated, I was directed to someone posing as Blusky Support that had me make several payments as a means to "verify the payment method linked to my account" this resulted in me losing around $1300 which I need to pay bills, buy groceries, and survive.

I'm at a very very low point and any support you can provide would be appreciated immensely. I hate to ask for donations, but I don't know what else to do. I still can't even access my own blusky account.
