I hope this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan inshaAllah.

Alhumdulilah another Ramadan is upon us and I hope this Ramadan brings you and your family beautiful blessings, an opportunity to increase your ibadah and many moments of love and peace with one another inshaAllah.

Sadly this is our first Ramadan without my dear husband Zan Abbas who returned to Allah swt last summer. Zan truly was something else - he was a kind, caring and loving person and so full of life.

It has been a long seven months since he left us and we have felt his absence in every moment of every day. Although we grieve his loss in different ways there is one person who is blissfully unaware of just how much her life has changed - our beautiful daughter Khadijah. In these past seven months, Zan has missed so many precious moments—her 2nd birthday, her first day at nursery, her first taste of chocolate, her fascination with the "garbage truck", her little conversations, and that cheeky smirk she so clearly inherited from him.

As life goes on she will inshallah have many more of these moments which sadly she will never get to experience with her beloved Baba, a reality unfortunately shared by many children across the globe.

Alhumdulilah Khadijah still has her mother and a strong family unit behind her, but this cannot be said for many children who are left completely alone in this world.

So this Ramadan, on behalf of Zan, Khadijah and I would like to raise funds to sponsor atleast 10 orphans in Pakistan for a year. The cost to sponsor one orphan for a year is £360, which will provide:

• Nutritious meals, regular medical care, clothing, uniforms, toys, and digital equipment

• Admission to private schooling, further education, and home tutoring

• Spacious living conditions—including bedrooms, dining room, library, study room, and outdoor recreational facilities

• Air-conditioned rooms for comfortable living during the hot summer months

• A dedicated, experienced team to raise and care for the children

Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated and will make a significant difference in the lives of these children.

A note on donations: GoFundMe takes a small fee from each donation, but I want to assure you that I will personally cover this fee so that 100% of your donation goes directly to the orphans.

May Allah swt accept this Sadqa-E-Jaria on behalf of Zan, forgive him for his sins and elevate his rank in Jannah. May we one day be reunited with him in Jannah, InshaAllah, Ameen.
