Hi, my name is Trista Smith! I am a Teen competitor (16-17 year-old division) at the 2022 CrossFit Games. This is my second trip to the Games and I cannot wait to compete again! I have worked extremely hard and plan to leave no doubt on that competition floor!

The Teen division at the CrossFit Games is the one division that does not earn prize money. As you can imagine, training to compete and travel is costly. I am honored that you have considered donating directly to help support my dreams.
