Hi, my name is John A Lara, A.K.A Guero; I am 21 years old. in a Relationship with my girlfriend Andrea, we have a beautiful baby daughter. She's going on 6 months. in August 2023 I was diagnosed with Leukemia; I am receiving Treatment for my chemotherapy in UCLA. Unfortunately, due to my situation of my Leukemia I am the only breadwinner for my family.
