My name is Robbin LaMorder I have a son named Seth .Seth loves the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On a trip this past Sunday to see his beloved Steelers he ended up in the hospital with an infection in his left foot. From that hospital he was sent to Allegheny General where in a short time and no choice because of sepsis Seth had his left foot and part of his leg amputated. In order to get him home it needs to be by ambulance with a cost paid up front in an amount neither he nor us as his parents can afford.

The other choice is rehab in Pennsylvania. Please consider helping get him home where all his friends, family and supporters are. Thank you in advance for any help you can give
