Truck repairs

I said I wasn’t going to do this but my truck is broke down and I can’t get to my doctors appointments until I get it fixed. I’ve tried through the state, county and city to get assistance with rent and utilities with no success at all. I’ve got a little assistance with groceries but not nearly enough and I’m still paying payments on the truck that needs fixing. That takes almost half of my check.
