Meet Cruze, truly one of the greatest bush dogs to work at a tree planting camp. He’s worked with Integrity for two seasons now, providing a love that has been felt by everybody at the camp, following Brittney and Midnight on every adventure

On August 1st, Cruze was diagnosed with Blastomycosis, a deadly fungal infection on his lungs that is spreading. It is a treatable disease, but with only a 65% recovery rate, nothing is guaranteed. What Midnight and Brittney have started is a minimum of a 6 month battle, including countless hospital visits, medication, tests and treatment. They are monitoring him every hour of the day, sleeping in shifts, and making any necessary changes to their lifestyle to ensure that he is as comfortable as he can be. If you saw Midnight’s Instagram post (@camderuyte), you’d have seen his plea that everybody fight with them, and that is why we are creating this GoFundMe page.

In the first week, between the initial vet bills, medication, and supportive treatment, they have accumulated a bill of $8525. With another minimum of 6 months to go, the bill will only increase. We are hoping to alleviate some of the financial pressure that they feel. Any amount of donation will help.
