1/26/22 Update:
Chase was home for a couple of weeks and we got to spend some time with him. It was so nice!!
As of 1/20/2022 Chase has been admitted back into the hospital. Before this he was going for weekly check ups and one time he has had to go into the OR because his clothes were stuck to him.
Chase has been admitted back after going for a surgery to remove the therabond from his legs where they took skin from for his skin graft. While under surgery the surgeon noticed Chase had an infection on his arm and it was messing up the healing process for the skin graft.
His grandparents had to come home, as they have used all funds they had to be back up there with him. Now, he is a couple of hours away without them and it’s been hard.

Many of you know Chase, as he has been a part of our family since him and Bryce were a year old. We love this boy so much as if he was our very own.
It is with a heavy heart that we are coming to our community of family and friends to ask for help. Anything you can donate would be so appreciated. We have never done this before and would usually never ask for help. Gwinn and Vince need our help as their grandson, Chase is being hospitalized and will be for weeks with several surgeries. During this time they are trying to make accommodations nightly to be near Chase and currently don’t know when they can get back to work as he is in a hospital hours away.
Monday night Chase was involved in a horrible accident that caused several burns. His worse burns are 3rd degree and he has been in a medically induced coma while they access the damages.
