Help Michael Rebuild After Devastating Fire

Hello to you all. This is not an easy thing for me, but my neighbors and the Red Cross suggested that I do this.

As you see from the pics, my entire apartment building in Baldwin caught fire due to new wires being installed in an older building. I was told today by the management agency that "IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM" (FYI, ATM Realty/Management Baldwin, NY). I never expected to be in a situation like the ones we see on TV.

My entire life went up in flames and I was given 5 minutes with a police escort to "gather what I could"... and basically say goodbye to my life. If you know me, doing something like GoFundMe is VERY TOUGH to put myself out there and share. If this is tacky, I apologize, and I would like to pay it forward when I get on my feet again. Please don't feel obligated. I will do my best to return it all.

I was told by the Red Cross to use the amount I wrote. I'm so sorry to put my issues out there. Times are tough for us all, and I understand that too. Finding a reasonably priced new place is even tougher. Thank you for your prayers. There's a lot of pain behind doing this. I have never asked for help, and this is so hard to write.
