Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by.
As some of you know, Mitchel and I got married in July of 2021, with the hopes of starting a family shortly after.
Fast forward to June 2023 and we have gone through:
- 7 medicated cycles of Clomid
- 1 miscarriage
- Failed IUI
And we have decided to move on to IVF. IVF in Canada is NOT covered at all through health care and is 100% cost out of pocket. We are fortunate enough to have medication slightly covered. We hope to do IVF in august which will mean 5-6 trips to Calgary and possibly time off for me (Kodee) dependent on how I’m feeling.
