Please help with my puppy's surgery bill.

My dogs name is Stitch he is only 5 months old he is a sweet boy that love's to play and run around, two days ago stitch was playing and running with my son and he fell off the couch and landed on his back right leg as soon as I seen his leg I knew it wasn't going to be good I could see him in so much pain he was crying and he couldn't walk on his right leg he wasn't being his Usual happy self I took him Straight to the Animal hospital, They ran blood tests they did X-rays they gave him pain medicine and we waited But as soon as the vet came in, it was not good news, the vet let us know that Stitch has a tibial crest fracture and that he would need surgery ASAP do to the fact that he Is in so much pain and he can't live this way she let us know that the Surgery would be $8000 to $10,000 dollars As I explained to the vet that I didn't have the funds for this visit alone due to the fact that i had a bill of $806 dollars. I asked her. Is there any way that I can do a payment plan? She told me no, they do not do payment plans. Then I asked her. What is the next option? And she let me know that if I could not pay for surgery That she would advise me to put him down, do to the pain that he's in and the it would not be Fair for him to live his way, as me and my 10 year son sat there caying our eyes out because that isn't something I could do to my sweet boy, I ask the vet for all the paperwork and took my baby home I then spent the whole day calling around looking for other options I finally found a vet that is willing to do the surgery for our baby for $5000 I'm hoping and praying that you could find it in your heart to help our baby out so he could get his surgery anything would help and we would be so grateful.
