It appears Judge Tomlinson basically "stole", through his position, $2500 from Kevin through forfeiting a bond that he never received a notice of hearing for, pertaining to the case that he had to post the bond on.
He obviously likes to play games with those he has power over.
Kevin had been planning to use that money from the bond to pay one of the legal bills he is responsible for paying, which is $4000. Obviously he is unable to work due to being incarcerated, so he is currently unable to earn it himself.
We can clearly see that Judge Tomlinson's plan is to drain as much money from Kevin and our family he possibly can.
If everyone donated even a small amount, we could hit our goal quickly and help out a man who truly needs and deserves it. If you cannot donate, please share!
