Assist Carlos' Family Through Their Loss

Hi, my name is Evy and I am posting to seek assistance for my sister.

Last Wednesday my 38 year old nephew Carlos Fernandez, formerly from Syracuse NY was rushed to the Hospital. He went into a coma and was placed in ICU.

He became sepsis after going weeks without being treated for pneumonia and other comorbidities related to the infection, and lack of medical care due to not having insurance to get treated.

His organs were already shutting down by the time he was admitted and he loss brain function. The doctors thought it best to remove him from supportive devices. After 24 hours my sister had to make the toughest decision of her life. She said goodbye to her son as he took his last breath.

I'm asking for assistance in whatever amount you can afford during these difficult time as my sister has inherited Carlos' final debts. Funeral service will be private and held in Lagrangevill, where he last resided with his mother.

What ever amount you can give is a big help and is greatly appreciated.
