Hello friends & family!
Oso Negro Baking Company is moving into a brick-and-mortar storefront in Burien, WA! We are beyond excited for this next step. Oso Negro grew from humble beginnings, from recipe testing in our tiny Capitol Hill kitchen, to launching the company, delivering our product all over the greater Seattle area, and shipping across the country. We can't wait to continue on this path - growing our business and sharing our passion for food with the community. But, this next step is a big one, and the one where we need your support the most. Our plans include moving into a retail space in Burien, expanding our own line, sharing products we love, and increasing our overall volume and capabilities. We have always wanted a space that we could share with you and we have finally found the perfect fit.
Building out a kitchen is expensive and complicated and we need help to make this dream a reality. Anything you can give to our fund will go towards equipment that we need to outfit this space. Alfajores will continue to be the cornerstone of our company, but there is so much more to come! Oso Negro Pastelería y Mercado will specialize in Latinx delicacies (with an emphasis on Chilean, of course) including our specialty items, local favorites, and hand selected imports.
We are brimming with energy and ideas and can’t wait to share our vision with you. All donations will be met with a gift of alfajores and eternal adoration.
Thank you!
Aislinn & Sebastian
