My weight loss surgery

I am down to my last option for my weight problem. I have tried nutrisystem, weight watcher and many other systems or diets. All worked for a time, with various results. The best by far was losing over 150 lbs on medifast but that to stopped working. I am now over 600lbs and have started having trouble doing several ordinary tasks that used to be easy. My insurance  will not cover the procedure and I do not have the money to get it myself so i am asking for help. For those that know me, this is the hardest thing for me to do, so please help if you can and know that this small donation will help me change my life.
