On Sunday June 21, 2015 while enjoying Father's Day with friends Arvel was shot by a stray bullet. He held on and fought as long as he could but succumbed to his injuries two days later.
Arvel was a kind and loving person, a young black man who was a father; son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.
Unfortunately Arvel did not have any life insurance. Assistance was received from the crime victims board but was not enough to cover all cost.
The family is asking for your assistance with burial arrangements. Any donation small or large is greatly appreciate.
