I'm embarrassed to ask this. George, my ex husband, has given us an ultimatum to refinance or sell the house by 3/31/26. I've been paying the mortgage on time, with help since the divorce, but time is up for him. We need to refinance so we don't lose our home and he to pay down debt to help the process. I know this is ridiculous, but we have to keep the home. I don't want to rip Veronica from her school in the last semester of her junior year, she's already struggling. I would suffer immensely if I couldn't keep my animals, I want to keep my life here. Any little bit would go directly to debt to help the process. It's an emergency and I spend every moment in panic.

I know this is a lot to ask. I'm at the end of my rope. I'm working to be able to earn bonuses at work and Chris is working as a nurse for 2/3rds he made in NJ. We're in trouble.
