Every holiday season we are humbled by the outpouring of love you show those in need in our community. But circumstances can change at any season.
We have a family at our school that has experienced a string of set backs. Now they find themselves without a home. Our community liaison has been working with area affordble housing communities and shelters, but they are all overbooked. We are hoping someone in our community might have a solution (a temporary rental situation?) or a connection to a kind hearted land lord. The next best thing would be for us to gather some funds to help them get into affordable housing. If you can give $5 or $500, it would make a huge impact on this family.
