Funeral and memorial cost

Hello everyone, his name is Wilmer Antonio Gil Pedemonte. I never thought I would see my father leave us at only 48 years of age. He was loved by many and could always make you laugh. Whether it his jokes or his heavy accent when he would speak English. He was a hardworking man that worked 3 jobs for many years. He started in United airlines in 1999, FedEx Cargo in 2003 and Delta airlines in 2005. He’s worked those 3 jobs ever since. Practically lived at the Dulles Airport. He was a man that loved to travel especially going to tropical places like Cancun or Punta Cana. Unfortunately my father got sick back in mid July with covid. He was admitted to Reston Hospital. Things were bad the first week with his oxygen because it turned out he got pneumonia. He was then taken to ICU and intubated. He was intubated for about 5 weeks and going into his 6th week things got more complicated. The doctors and nurses always told me that the second week he wasn’t going to make it. He lasted 3 more weeks than expected which is why I believe my father fought long and hard to come back to us. Things didn’t work out as we wanted sadly. Any donations that are made are going towards my fathers funeral costs. Such as viewing, casket, cemetery expenses etc. My family and I appreciate any contribution you all make. Much love to all of you.
